Damien Lynch
Damien is a senior writer at The Australian Financial Review, Australia's premier business newspaper. Damien has been writing about small business in the hugely popular Enterprise section of The AFR for four years. He is proud to cover the area that provides the heartbeat of the Australian economy.Before joining The AFR he worked with Dow Jones Newswires in Sydney and Ireland and with Reuters in Ireland.
Damien has a Masters Degree in Journalism from Dublin City University and a Batchelor of Arts (Hons) degree from the university in his home town of Cork. He is married to Indrani and has two children, Anusha and Aiden
Deborah Barit
Deborah is a Sydney based author, trainer, consultant and Director of Impressive Interviews who specialises in preparing individuals and groups in interview techniques.Her career has included selection and recruitment both in Australia and overseas, labour market research, evaluation of government-funded programs and working with disability employment services. She holds a Bachelor of Economics Degree from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations form UTS.
Deborah is an Associate of The Australian Employers Network on Disability, an organisation dedicated to educating and training the private, public and not for profit sectors on how to recruit and retain people with a disability and a Board Member of TEAM NSW a community based organisation that provides skills training for people who are long term unemployed.
